Shikha Mehta

Shikha Mehta is a loving and passionate being who believes authentic practices have the power to heal the mind, body and soul.  Integrating ancient yogic principles and meditation techniques into a daily practice and making it accessible for all is the foundation of her practice.

As an Energy Healer, she calls on her experience as a Reiki Master and a navigator of the Akashic Record field to help shift and transform blocked energy.  Shikha has been on a journey of self-realization for over 11 years using different modalities to move into a more aware state of being.  She has helped many people on their path to healing and self-discovery and will happily nurture the path of any soul searcher.

I believe, in the quest to find our Inner Yogies we must go deep, and somewhere 'You have it in You' to shift, transform and elevate the human experience. I am honored to be part of the journey and the creation of a space where we can all reconnect to our souls purpose.
